Qualities and application of silvered water 

The material of this chapter has been prepared on the basis of the books “All bout water” by A.Malovitchko (Kaunas, 1996), “Silvered water” by aca­demician L.Kulskiy ( Kiev, 1977), “Silvered Water. Taranov Method” by L. Taranov and I.Filipova (St. Petersburg, 2002) and the book released in Poland in 2001 titled “Colloid silver –elixir of health and long life”.  The above sources provided a possibility to summarise and work out particular methods of using silvered water. Most of the curative methods have been suggested in the book by L.Taranov, the successor of K.Kulskiy, in which its authors share their twenty years of experience of using silvered water.

Curative effect of silvered water has been known since ancient times. The old books of India mention that water used to be disinfected by dipping hot silver into it or by keeping silver in water for a long time. They used to throw silver coins into wells when consecrating them, water was kept in silver ware, etc. Silver tableware was not only the mark of wealth.

The researchers of the end of the 19^th century were attracted by disinfecting qualities of some metals. Their research showed that rods of diphtheria would die in three days when placed on a silver plate, in 6 days when on a copper one, and in 8 days when on a golden one. Staphylococcus would get destroyed on the same plates in 2, 3 and 9 days respectively. Typhoid rods on silver plate would die within 18 hours.

Investigation showed that silver has stronger bactericidal qualities com­pared to other metals because it faster penetrates the cells. Silver has impact on the cells of microbes because silver is absorbed by walls of cells, it blocks bacterial ferments and such cells die. Silver preparations are very efficient in destroying bacteria. The data provided by V.Uglov shows that silver is 1750 times more effective than the carbolic acid of the same concentration, and 5,5 times stronger than mercuric dichloride (sublimate). According to academician L.Kulskiy, having devoted all his life to study of silvered water and develop­ment of ionisers, silvered water is more effective than chlorine, chlorine of lime, sodium hydrochloride and other strong oxidators of similar concentration.

Silver is not only precious metal. It is an indispensable element for normal functioning of the organism. It acts as prophylactic means for strengthening the immunity system. As the organism is growing older its is less capable of ab­sorbing silver, so the shortage of silver appears and resistibility of organism goes down leading to grievous consequences.

Application of colloid silver is one of the safest and most efficient methods permitting penetration of silver quantity required by the body. Colloid silver is absorbed in the biologic way as it directly penetrates the tissue of the organism. Minerals, especially microelements are more important than vitamins as the vitamins cannot be absorbed without them. If the minerals in form of tablets are absorbed up to 40 to 60 per cent, then the colloid minerals including colloid silver are absorbed to 98 %.

Colloid silver is the conglomeration of silver molecules that while staying in water is neither fusing in nor reacting with water. Colloid molecules bear a low electric charge, they are pushing each other and collide with bigger water molecules (so-called Brown’s movement). It is important to note that the mole­cules of colloid silver though being smaller than viruses or bacteria can freely penetrate into pathogens and destroy them.

Modern antibiotics fight only bacteria. Colloid silver destroys both bacteria and viruses. Silver molecule with positive charge will oxidise pathogen, and it loses its negative charge, and then silver is in attack against the next disease-transferring organism.

Acting as natural antibiotic silver destroys organisms capable to transfer more than 650 diseases. Besides, silver is not toxic, it stimulates bone growing process, two times speeds up healing of injured tissues, etc. Colloid silver is also capable to fight cancer. Dr. R.Becker writes that “… silver with positive charge makes effect on cancer cells and stops their mitosis…”. Another scien­tist G.Smith having done numerous cancer-related tests says: “Progress of can­cer treatment largely depends of the volume of silver contained in patient’s body, and it is slow when there is shortage of silver…”.

Silver has been successfully tested for treating from AIDS. AIDS is a virus-based disease. Antibiotics do not have effect on viruses, but silver does have.

The colloid silver contains two forms of silver: positive silver ions and sil­ver as metal. Silver ions have oxidising qualities. As protoplasm of pathogen bacteria have negative charge they attract positive silver ions, merge with them, get oxidised and perish.

In Lithuania electrolysers  PTV-KL and PTVK that enrich the water with positive silver ions are offered for sale. Such water is called silvered water and is very similar to colloid silver.

Effect of silver would depend on its concentration, which is measured by milligrams in litre (mg/l). The higher the concentration the stronger is the effect and the sooner its activity is commenced. E.g. water with 0,05 mg/l silver con­centration would destroy microbes within 5 minutes, 0,2 mg concentration - within 2 minutes, and 1 mg/l concentration will start its activity immediately. The latter dose would kill intestine rods within 3 minutes, the dose with 0,5 mg/l concentration - within 20 minutes, etc.

Low concentration silvered water (up to 0.1 mg/l) is clear, colourless, odourless and tasteless liquid. As concentration increases the water would ac­quire greyish colour and has slightly bitter taste. High concentration silvered water is grey like with some milk in it and tastes bitter. Such water is used for wet lotions, disinfecting and exterior use in general. Silvered water maintains its qualities for several months (the higher concentration the longer). It shall be kept in dark place or in tinted glassware – best of al in dark bottles.

Silvered water does not produce side effects, irritate mucous tissues or arise allergy, any pathogens cannot adapt to it and it does not contain free radicals. It cleans water, has counter inflammatory effect, it is easily biologically ab­sorbed, does not react with medication, strengthens immunity, etc. To produce such water in above-mentioned electrolysers silver of highest assay (999,9) is used.

At home one can produce silvered water with the help of a household ap­pli­ances - water electrolyser. It is quite easy: you need to pour some water into the electrolyser (best would be filtered or boiled and settled water) and connect the apparatus to the mains. In 2-3 seconds you will have 1.5 litres of silvered water suitable for drinking every day. If you want to generate silvered water of higher concentration you need to keep the electrolyser switched on for a longer pe­riod.

In order it was easier to know how long the electrolyser PTV-KL or PTV-K has to be switched on to generate water of required concentration, the time has been estimated and in the below recommendations for silvered water applica­tions is shown in column 4.

It is often asked what is the difference between filtered and silvered water. Water filters reduce physical and chemical pollution of water. In addition to that, silver in water reduces biological pollution, i.e. bacteria causing various diseases are destroyed. Such biologically clean water is a real elixir for the organism.

Don’t forget that if you are using silvered water for drinking on perma­nent basis, its concentration should not exceed 0,01 to 0,02 mg/l. For wet lotions it is recommended to use 35 mg/l concentrations, for drinking - 0,5, 1 ,5 mg/l in certain case even 10 mg/l concentrations.

As silvered water preserves its qualities for a prolonged period of time it is possible to produce silvered water of higher concentration. Then you can dilute it in regular water (filtered or boiled) to required concentration.

Shake the silvered water solution well before use.
